The goal is to help you tap into your own inner resources, develop greater self-awareness, and build the skills needed to heal from past wounds, illnesses, manage stress, and create a healthier, more balanced life.

The Multiple Techniques I Use

I use multiple techniques that take you on a journey to Self Love. It is here that I teach you how to heal yourself. Your journey is entirely dependent on your individual needs.

  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coaching is a technique used to help you enhance your personal development, improve mindset, and achieve goals. NLP is based on the idea that language, thoughts, and behaviours are interconnected, and by understanding and changing patterns in these areas, you can achieve significant transformation.

  • Spiritual Counselling helps you connect with your inner self, explore beliefs, and deepen your spiritual life. It can be approached from many different traditions, whether it’s through Christianity, Buddhism, New Age spirituality, or other spiritual paths. The focus is on finding meaning, purpose, healing, and a deeper connection to the divine or higher power.

  • Shamanic Journeying is a spiritual practice used to enter non-ordinary states of consciousness in order to access spiritual realms, gain insight, healing, or connect with guides, ancestors, and other spiritual beings. This practice is often considered a form of “soul travel,” where we journey beyond the physical world to explore the spirit realms, seeking knowledge and wisdom.

  • Inner Child Healing is a therapeutic concept and practice that involves reconnecting with and healing the emotional wounds from childhood that may still affect your thoughts, behaviours, and relationships in adulthood.

  • Self-inquiry is the question “Who am I?”, which guides your attention inward, away from the distractions of external identity, and into a direct experience of your true nature. The practice helps you move beyond the ego—the sense of self created by thoughts, emotions, and societal roles—and toward a deeper awareness of the essence that lies beyond.

  • Nutritional Therapy is a holistic approach to health and wellness that focuses on the use of food and nutrition to support the body’s natural healing processes and prevent or manage various health conditions.
